Description of the Job/职位描述:

To monitor and improve the uptime of equipments.

To handle new equipment installation and implementation of new projects

To handle plant tooling management.

Main Tasks:

1.Taking care of complete plant Maintenance like Gear Box, Crane, Low Pressure boilers, Cooling towers, Blowers, Compressors, Hydraulic, Pneumatic with the help of Mechanical Maintenance people. However basic functional knowledge is a must.

2.Ensuring statutory compliance like Effluent Treatment Plant, Crane testing, Weighing machine testing and government regulations like Fire Bureau etc.,of the Factory.

3.Co coordinating mainly with outside agencies like Government Bodies, Suppliers, Contractors for smooth running of the plant.

4.To ensure the availability of tooling for all the production equipments.

Target Candidate Profile:

1.Basic Qualification of Mechanical / Tool engineering with an experience in handling of Automated/semi-automated machines

2.About 5~7 years experience

3.Good command over Technical terms of Chinese & English
